Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to love your Haybata pieces as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Window:
You may return items purchased from Haybata for a refund or store credit within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns must be approved prior to sending items back.
Condition of Returns:
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received (including any complimentary gifts).
Return Shipping:
While we’re happy to accept returns for a refund or store credit, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please provide a tracking number for proof of return once shipped.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund amounts will reflect any promotional discounts applied to your order. Please allow 2–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange an item, we offer store credit toward your next purchase. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a personalized code to use at checkout. All exchange orders are final.
Gift Returns:
Items received as gifts are non-refundable, but can be exchanged for store credit. Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or canceled.
1-Year Warranty:
Every Haybata piece is made to last. We offer a 1-year limited warranty covering any manufacturing defects, such as fading, peeling, or loss of plating under normal use.
This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidental breakage, or regular wear and tear. If your jewelry qualifies for a warranty replacement, we’ll repair or replace it at no additional cost. Simply contact us at support@haybata.com with your order number and photos of the item.
